When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Please Allow 7-10 Business Days For Domestic Orders.
Please Allow 10-21 Business Days for International Orders.

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Terms & Conditions") described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through Stripe.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Stripe for payments, and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a Stripe account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a Stripe account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a Stripe account you may use it.
How much is shipping?
Domestic: A flat fee of $7.50
Canada: A flat fee of $11.95
International: A flat fee of $20.00

How limited and rare do you mean?
We don't reprint clothes once we sell out. So past seasons or items that aren't in your store our gone forever.
How can I be informed of new clothing before it drops so I can get it before it sells out?

How can I get sponsored by INK.DOT?
Since we are a growing company, we are currently seeking out artists constantly touring nationally and shooting videos and photoshoots, especially with label support.

How can I become a model for INK.DOT?
Please include photos of your tattoos as well. You do not need to be nude in the photos, but they must show your face clearly. Email @ inkdotco@yahoo.com. Please provide a brief description about you as well, why the INK.DOT brand fits your lifestyle.
